Hacking Question What does this ban do exactly?

"Error 2124-5114 The Use Of Online Services for this account is currently restricted for this Nintendo Account." I got this error by trying to hack Splatoon 2 (And it didn't even work lol), And for some reason I still can acess eShop On the same account

Game ban for violating ToS for NSO. But that could lead to console ban eventually.

iv had this for a year maybe longer, no really touched my switch since then, initially i couldnt update games or the system but it allows me to do so now, still banned from online, now looking to find out exactly what i can do to get some use out the console in its current state.
