In the vita homebrew browser i saw this app and it said it could play games (cant clearly remember) on windows, android and IOS but i dont know how to use it, nor do i know what it does

Port of ONScripter for PSVITA. ONScripter (O-N-Scripter) is a program that interprets and executes scripts written for NScripter in its own way. It can run games on Windows, Android, iOS, etc. using the exact same game data.
