I have a O3DSXL with OFW 8.1.0-11u I need to know a few things first

    1. I want to play 3ds backups I hear it's got to be .cia format, is there a way to do this with a .3ds file or does it convert automatically?
    2. I want to play DS games and GBA would I be able to do this on cfw?
    3. Do I use rxtools or cake/pasta/X to get cfw?
    4. How hard is it to install cfw and adding my games and can I do this without an internet connection on the 3ds?
    5. What SD card should I invest in holding all of the games by the sound of it 64gb should be the limit no?
    6. Does having sky3ds (blue button) make getting cfw any easier?

1-U need to convert it if its a 3ds format
2-DS games are only possible via flashcart, gba emulation is possible alredy through homebrew.
    3-I recommend rxtools
4-its easy you do need wifi to install rxtools... downloadss...
5-invest on a sd card that has lots of gb xD
    6-lol no

As long as you aren't screwing with your sysnand there is zero chance of brick whatsoever.

but you should use sysupdater to update your sysnand to .0 so you can autoboot cfw
