I am a newbie to the ps3 hacking scene. I just bought a jailbreaked ps3 slim model CECH-2001A. It has the following homebrew softwares: Package Manager, webMAN Games folder, Rebug Toolbox, Control Console API 2.80, PSN Patch 2015.11/A, Blackbox FTP v1.2, Irisman v4.82, PSNinja v4, Multi-function Loader KMZ Ultra, Artemis PS3 r5, Sen Enabler, Webman Mod 1.47.09 Updater and mmCm. The System Software is listed as "Version 4.84". Is that the official Sony system software or a cfw?
1. What cfw does it have? How do I check?
2. Do you recommend any other homebrew softwares?
3. Do I need to update any of the existing softwares or can I use them the way it is?
4. Can I use webMAN to install game pkg files to a usb external hdd?

Thank you.

there's no definitive way to tell unless you use aesthetics. rebug and ferrox have their own coldboot logo when you boot up the system.

you can install pkgs to external hdd, but not all games work. for one thing, you can only do this with a fat32 drive. it's also very slow if installing the pkg directly. we're talking about possibly hours installing a 30GB pkg.
