I've been looking into getting a Vita. I'm wondering, what can't I do with it that I can do with a regular PSP?

Higher firmware versions have only 32MB RAM in the PSP emulator, preventing you from running a few homebrews that would run on PSP-2000 and later.
Also the ability to easily add content using a USB cable, as you would on a regular PSP is gone with the Vita. Now you have to use Content Manager, VitaFTP (PSP Homebrew) or download things through the PSP browser.
And ofcourse, the Vita does not play UMDs :P

You can't buy cheap memory cards to use with it.
