What .bin file do i need for OotHax on 11.16

So, when ever i run OotHax and interact, all it says is the home menu ropbin is ready and i downloaded the payloads now im wondering, do i extract it to the root of the sd or just copy one to the root of the sd?

I also do have all of the Oothax files downloaded soo...?
