Normally i would say more watt = better. But i'm confused about the "Max Power" line where the 530W PSU says 420W and the 500W says 456W. Can anyone explain me this grid better so i know which one to use?

The CM one has a single 12v rail, which is better if you have more than 200w GPU. I think both are cheap PSU, most of the time the CM with the single rail is better. But cannot say much without any review on both products. Just google and try to find reviews. Also, both seem to be cheap PSUs, so do not push them hard.

About power:
  • 3.3V amps.
  • 5V amps.
  • +12V(1) amps.
  • -12V(2) amps.
Meaning these 3 parts can handle more (and are less secure) on the be quiet! model
About built:
  • The seperation of power circuits.
  • Possible meaning the grounds are done different also.
Meaning it can get different signal distortions most likely not noticable but still a thing, and there is no telling which one is better.
