Homebrew What are some you-need-this or useful homebrew apps that exist out there in your opinion?

Depends on what you want to do, but GodMode9i is definitely useful.

Do you mean specifically for the DSi? Because I don't know what goes there.


If you mean general DS homebrew then that is a whole other game.
Back in the day we had all sorts of file viewers, file readers, website service viewers (everything from google maps on down) and more. Today most probably have far better devices, and things change so if it is online then chances are slim that it still works unless it is old school formats that don't change.

If you want to have fun then that is a different matter
To start with then homebrew from https://gbatemp.net/threads/links-to-various-gbatemp-features-over-the-years.352851/ (some of the ROM hacks there got bundled under homebrew) including the straight up homebrew recommendations I will stand by to this day.

File management and game dumping. Great for when you don't want to move back and forth between your PC and DSi.
Also, DSOrganize's file manager tends to corrupt data.
