Hi, i am trying to scrub Battalion Wars 2! (My first scrub

)

What i did was following :

Loaded the ISO. Didn't change any settings, so no Trucha patch or whatever. Then i clicked on "Scrub" and then it gives me a same sized iso just named differently? But in the upper right corner of the program it said the game would be 2.86gb big afterwards... I'm wondering what i'm doing wrong... Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think you understand what scrubbing does.

The scrubbing process replaces all of the unused data with 0's, making it much easier to compress with standard archive programs such as 7zip or WinRAR.

The file size remains the same because the garbage data is converted to zeros, not just deleted.

Not too sure about scrubbing games, but aren't you supposed to compress that scrubbed .iso into a .rar with winrar or something?

All scrubbed games I've seen are in .rar's.

Edit: ^^^ Yea that.

RARed the ISO for an hour now and it ended up being 2.8GB big (small). ;-)
