Yeah, I was really disappointed with no mention of Metroid 4 in their Direct but apparently Nintendo have said they didn't want to mention the game because it's more than a year off release.

I was thinking though, since Bandi Namco is working on Metroid 4 and Smash Ultimate.. Whats the chances the Ridley character will be the same look/model in both games?
That's if Ridley makes an appearance in Metroid 4 (probably will)

yup so now the question is what the hell is retro studios doing? afaik they aren't doing anything, ever since 2014 they haven't work on anything really, unless you count tropical freeze port to the switch that probably was done in like 1 month by a tiny group.
