I too am considering getting a Western Digital Passport. I'm probably gonna go with something in the 320GB range that's probably about all I need. If I had 1TB of space I'd probably go crazy with all the games I could hold. Any suggestions? Probably gonna get one for $70 USD, but I am going to hold out until after Thanksgiving to take advantage of shopping deals.

Here is the one I have and it works great for my wii. So im assuming the Western Digital you're looking at should work fine with usb loaders as well.

Just to add a note, the drive you have is a My Book, they are different from My Passport ones as the later ones do not use/need an AC adapter, they draw the power from the USB port.
Still, thank you for the information.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
