Hardware Weird play coins thing

Today i had 2 plays gods from getting 200 steps.
then i cganhed that day to one day back then went to the 3ds menu and back and chnged it todays date (april 28)
then i noticed i had 68 steps (i thinlk) then i started shaking my 3ds more and then at about 400 steps i had 5 play coins
now i have 640 and i had 8 play coins (yes 8)

edit: now im at 903 and i have 10 play coins
edit2: 926 steps and 11 play coins

First off, I can't read what you're typing. Second, from what I read, if you possibly stepped around 220 steps (Clearly it's not exactly 200), then what's 220 plus 926? I know it's hard, but the answer is 1146. Divide it by a hundred, ignore the decimals/remainder and you've got the number of play coins. s1 + s2 / 100 = p

I'm use to seeing stuff like this - so here's an attempt to translate it for everyone else

Now what I think he's saying is that when he does the 3ds 'Time warp' cheat to get more coins he puzzled over WHY his 'steps' don't tally up with the number of 'coins' he has
e.g. He's done 200 steps & got 2 coins [Correct], yet when he did 400 'steps' he had '5 coins' [INCORRECT] & at 640 'steps' he had '8 coins' [CORRECT]

I would assume he was expecting that once he did 400 steps he would have 6 coins (2 originally + 4 for the 400 steps he'd done)
& At 640 steps - he expected 8 coins (2 original + 4 for the 400 steps + 2 for the additional 240 steps)

The reason for the middle part NOT tallying up is that he HAD to do MORE than 400 steps - if he HAD 68 on the counter before he shook it (which he thinks he had) then he would've needed to do 468 steps to get the 6th coin to show up

However I believe he DIDN'T have 68 steps showing originally (looking at his edits I would assume it was between 4 & 26) ...
because @ 640 steps the number of coins are correct, & somewhere between 903 & 926 the number of coins 'rolled over' from being 'wrong' to being 'right'
