Hardware Weird Juddering Wiimote Interference

I keep getting a Weird Weird Juddering on my wiimote. I have sent it to Nintendo at least 3 times and the problem is still persiting, Seeing as Nintendo don't seem to be much help hoping you guys the experts can help me out.I've recorded a clip (sorry not the best quality or
lighting) to demonstrate the problem. I've got no idea what is causing it, i've changed the batteries, checked if there are any additional light sources, changed the sensitivity options and even used a different sensor bar. Its driving me crazy and its making me think that i'm the only one thats seeing it. Basically this clip that i have linked at the end of this e-mail is Super Mario Galaxy, i have the pointer hovering over the different options and its flickering on and off. This can cause gameplay
problems too, like in Muramasa where the characters would be having fits on
the spot. I would have made a clip of that but i no longer own the game.

You have a window beside the TV on the left.
Is there a light above the tv like a downlight?
Does the wiimote tend to jump to the right from time to time?

i Have the same problem, my other wiimote doesn't hav the problem.

Cobleman, thanks for the questions. I do have a window next to it, but its far out of range and i'm not getting that problem.

Tried everything. Just hope Nintendo replies to that e-mail soon.
