FIXED! Weird blank notification

I was checking my notifications when I saw this. These seem to be 2 separate notifications, but one of them is completely blank. They also have the same timestamp, so I'm not sure if they're somehow related to each other. Any idea on what this could be?

Actually, I just noticed I went from level 12 to level 13, so maybe this is a glitched level up notification?
