Hacking Webman mod shortcut question

Hi, I use /\ + R2 to clear history and disable syscalls to play online, however I can't seem to find a way to re-enable them after I finish playing online short of rebooting the system. Pressing /\ + R2 again does not re-enable syscalls.

Any advice on how to proceed?
