Hacking Wbfs not loading.

Hi all,
Does anyone know why some why some wbfs files won't work in Wii backup manager. I direct the manager to the x.Wbfs file and it transfers but has an error in red file name and nothing appears in the Game ID window. So I'm not able to convert to iso, transfer to USB or anything. Any reasons that I could look at to stop this happening aqua high percent of my backups going this way and now loosing patience with it!
