Hacking WBFS Managers with new additional partitions installed?

Do any of the wonderful PC/Mac/Linux WBFS Managers include Waninkoko's new "include other partitions" change?

I know a few of the Wii Console based Loaders do, just wondering if any of the Managers have included it yet.
