Cheer yourself up formula :

1 - Listen to fun music , something that makes you move or feel good. (Dance music*** )
2 - Convince yourself that you have a hell lot of self-confidence. Do things that require self-confidence, and you'll automatically gain more .
3 - Smile\laugh. You'll feel a hell lot better.
4 - Talk to people that make you happy.
5 - Optimism - Try to see the hell lot of good side in this world.
6 - Love people around you. When you love the people around you they'll love you back and you'll feel better.
7 - DO SAME CRAZY SHET! Dance in the middle of the street to the songs you like , Talk to random people about ANYTHING that you want , Break a leg or w\e.
8 - Have fun =]


Thats my formula. Thats how I go to pick up chicks , Thats how I get myself cheerd up , and thats how i'm the person I am.
