Fucking horrible movie. The blue penis was freaking annoying as well, they shove it in your face every chance they get.

I went to see this movie without hearing any prior reviews, and i regret that.

Watchmen was frickin' awesome, finally got to see it this afternoon. John's blue penis doesn't "flash", btw, though he does emit a visible aura around his entire body.

I was especially impressed with Jackie Earle Haley's portrayal of Rorschach (anyone else old enough to remember his role as Kelly in the original Bad News Bears films?) For wearing a full-head mask for the majority of his scenes he did some amazing acting despite not being able to see his expressions (his mask was a pretty cool effect, too.)

For the CycloDS-carrying folks who're interested, I recently put together a Rorschach-inspired theme.

Now I have to pick up the 2 DVDs that came out so I can see the animated comic as well as the Black Frigate story.
