Hacking Watch Videos Through Flipnote Studio?

Is is possible to watch videos through flipnote studio by:
Downloading the video we want
Converting It to single frames
Resizin them for the DSi
Saving a random flipnot to the SD Card as .gif
Converting The .gif to frames
Replacing the frames with the resized video frames
Converting it back to .gif
Save it back on SD Card
Play It

Im gonna try it tommorow
If Someone has a lot of spare time mabye they can try

1. you can't convert from gif to frames
2. you can't play a gif in flipnote studio
3. you can't play anything in flipnote studio that wasn't created in flipnote studio. Nintendo have been very careful to prevent it.
