ROM Hack Was a Spirit Tracks D Pad patch ever released?

I know this is incredibly late, but I'm curious to if a D-PAD hack for Spirit Tracks was ever made, like one was for Phantom Hourglass.

if star fox could have it then it should be NO problem for the zelda games.

Really now, they even tweaked the touch screen controls to make it easier than in Phantom Hourglass. But I guess what Dangy said is true, so you have no choice but to play the game the way it was meant to be played.

Link refuses to swing his sword twice as much on Spirit tracks than on Phantom Hourglass for me. He just runs forward at the impending danger just to hurt himself or alert that phantom.

how did you get glue on your DS?

i actually tried hacking it and found out that the X Y axis that you can actually move link around is out of the main ram area. in other words, i can't make a simple AR code to control link via dpad and button
if this code would be done.. is going to be some ASM code

if there is a patch.. i would really like to take a look at it
