Gaming Wario Ware DIY question.

I just had a crazy idea, Wario Ware D.I.Y. is all about creating and sharing games, but therein lies the issue of
1: Limited storage in gamesaves
2: Requiring online to distribute
3: Requiring friendcodes to distribute personally

Did anyone ever make a utility much like Pokésav, that is capable of exporting individual Wario Ware Microgames as something like .bin files?
Pokésav has a utility where you can freely export pokémon as .pkm files, and import them likewise.

Crygor is better becouse it wont change that creators random code to "YASU" like miotool.
