Star wars Wii : Force unleashed PAL version works perfectly on a PAL Wii burned on a Verbatim DVD+R.

The only problem I've is that every game I burn on a DVD-RW support don't work.

I don't know if someone know how to fix that but ImgBurn show me only "DVD+R/+RW/+R DL" in the "NEC" book type list, any other version of imgburn allow me to change the book type of DVD-RW ?

Thanks for eventual answer

What amazes me is how you got all of those ISOs so fast.

I tried Super Mario Galaxy (NTSC) on my NTSC TV. Whenever it fades to a cutscene it stays on the black screen and freezes up. It also has bad colours (Black & White) but I have a composite cable so I'm assuming that's why.I'm gonna get a component cable soon. Has anyone tried MySims? As excited as I am about the beta of the loader, I wish it wouldn't have been then it could maybe have normal colours. I'm using Sony DVD+R discs (BookType: DVD-ROM).

~1hour / iso if you don't already have the game
~5min to patch the iso
~20min to burn the Cd

Depend of what you use to DL, if you use P2P, that will be really slow sure but some HTTP direct link are the best way to get a game fast.

Sorry to ask again but no one answered before....

Has anyone sucessfully booted a game through the backup loader who already has a modchip installed?

I'm interested in testing it out but don't want to waste time and DVDs.

So do I need to remove built-in updates from the isos? I'm kind of confused on based on what everyone is saying.

EDIT: Or make them region-free?

No the loader works with all latest updates and it boots all region games.

Tested on PAL with component,
Philips DVD+R gave me the -4100 error, Philips DVD-R works nice.

Star.Wars.The.Force.Unleashed - perfect
Lego.Indiana.Jones - perfect
Boom_Blox - stuttering cut scenes, played some training and adventures without any problem

not nice to play
Guitar_Hero_Aerosmith - stuttering cut scenes, songs out of sync
Guitar.Hero.2.Modified - stuttering cut scenes, songs out of sync

not playable
Super.Mario.Galaxy - blank at first cut scene after the hill

hmm... I get an error when loading the backup, I used Naruto Shippuuden Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX 2, and I get ERROR! (ret = -4100)

I used a Memorex DVD+RW(re-writable) and 4x write speed with Nero software for the LITE-ON with the DL support and LightScribe.(I heard rumors about this being THE drive,

)

And I think I forgot to put DVD-ROM book type, I'm not sure.

Someone has more idea about changing Book type on ImgBurn for "NEC" burner and for DVD-RW (I've +R / +RW & co, but not -RW ;-()
