It doesn't work that way. The exploit needs to -include- this hack. You can't run just the plain slowhax code THEN go and launch FBI, it doesn't work like that. They have to be chain-loaded or integrated.

Once you perform the NFIRM downgrade with DSiWareHax, you could then downgrade. I believe anyway.
