Yes, you can make a Wad Installer ISO. here's a guide:

Cocky and Janjo, it only took like 4 days maybe before the NTSC versions to get cracked after the PAL ones came out, I'm sure the NTSC-J one's will be out very soon

update: my .tmd reader is nearly done.. it's reading in the hexvalue of the file,and checking against my db of all the SHA1 hashes of the files in SHARED1 and then printing out what files you need from there..just ironing out last bugs..

Am I right that you guys (who owns a US-Wii) can install a PAL-VC on your US-Wii ???
You can see the VC-Game in the Wii-Menu, but it doesn't work/start ???

I've a Tool here that maybe can patch the Region of a VC Game...
