Hacking WAD Packer Help

Hey guys,
I need to pack 3 .app files into a wad, and I'm not sure how to do it using wadpacker.
The index needs to be set to 53, and I need to pack 3 app files, so I need to run something similar to this:
"wadpacker 53 3"
Can anybody help me? The people I am collaborating with are currently offline/probably asleep.
