Hacking Wad manager doesn't work

Hi there. Everytime I try to install something with the wad manager (new games, both PAL, NTSC or region free) my wad manager stop at some point of the installation.
Changing version doesn't help (i was using the 1.3 before, now I changed at 1.4 but with no luck).
I installed my HBC back in the days with the twilight fix, I'm using bootmii, my HBC ver. is 1.0.6 IOS35, trucha bug installed, IOS249 installed through cIOS_INSTALLER, wii version 3.2E

All the games through disc works just fine.
Also this problem started some months ago, I wanted to install a new game but wad manager gave me some error, then I installed some ios or cios that I can't remember now.

What can I do now? Should I format my wii?

I'm already using cios38 rev14, that site says that if I go rev15 i'll be unable to play disc through neogamma... Do I really have to upgrade?
Maybe the installation of rev14 went bad? Should I try a new installation of the rev14?

I reinstalled the cios, maybe something went wrong the first time...
Btw now I can play my wad just fine!

no worries, a simple re installation usually fixes most problems

I reinstalled the cIOS but I still can't use Wad Manager at all, when I load it up all I get is,

Press LEFT/RIGHT to change IOS version.

Press A button to continue.
Press HOME button to restart.



it won't let me change the IOS version and any button I press, the same message appears again and again, please help me
