Ok, basically, I'm just looking to put Mega Man 9 on my PC.
No, I'm not trying to pirate it. I payed for this because Capcom should
have my money for doing something good.

Anyway..
It's on my Wii right now, but as the current situation is, I'm probably
going to have to get rid of it. Thing is, I'm not gonna miss it TOO horribly,
but it pains me to have not beat Mega Man 9.

Now, I know there's some emulator with Wii support, but I don't know what it
is, where to get it, or how to use it.
Let alone, if I can even do what I'm asking.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and please don't just flame.
I know this seems like... a pretty.. noobish, flame-bait question, but...

I'm seriously curious, and I want Mega Man 9 on my PC.

Thanks.

short answer, NO

long answer, NOOOOOOO

There's no way to play WAD (WiiWare/VC) on your PC at THIS POINT. Will that change at a later time? Maybe.

I'm being under the impression that wads can't currently be installed or played on a PC... There is an emulator capable of running (some) Wii games at a decent speed, but... Not wads. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though.
