Hacking Homebrew USB Loader GX File directory problem

Hi, I have USB Loader GX on my vWii and had trouble figuring out the file path. This is not a major problem or anything like that,
but I do wish to know the answer. The problem I have specifically is the disc image file or whatever. I don't know whether to have the wii & gamecube games in a folder or otherwise. And I know about the Game ID thing on the folder and the game, I had that in the right spot;

Basic explanation: I just want to know how I'm supposed to have the files layed out for the wii and gamecube games.

Other thing, Is there a specific kind of rom I should have?

Use tools like wii backup manager or gamecube backup manager and it will ensure they're named properly
