Homebrew Wad Error -1029

New to all this - got a Wii yesterday (my first nintendo device ever), had a quick read up and softmodded it and got USBLauncher GX working with HDD Backups.
Running 4.3E
Latest Homebrew running

I installed D2X Cios 3.1 and all seems ok

When I copy the USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder_5_1_AHBPROT.wad file and try and import, using WAD MAnager 1.5 (ios250) it fails with an error code of --1029

On a side note, I also notice that my Homebrew Browser crashes with DSI error if I browse too far down the page on it.
(I have a valid internet connection and also tried removing the motionsense plus from my controller)

Is there a short brief guide to terminology and/or WIKI for modding.
Trying to understand where the cIOS comes into play etc.

I think I'm using ios249. Try that.
