Hacking Vwii CFG Loader - Wii games just hang on loading

I have GC games on the same HD and they load quickly with no problem. I'm using a Y USB plugged into the back ports of the Wii U

Wii games load within 10 seconds on my original Wii using the same HD, anyone know what's wrong?

Try swapping USB ports (reversing which ports each end of the y-cable are plugged into)
