Gaming Voice Software for DS Lite

I was wondering if anyone knows of a program for the DS lite that will let your record your voice and change the way it sound. Or just a program to record your voice?

But that's not what they're looking for. They're looking for a program like the DSi sound menu thing.

Nitrotracker can sort of do that...though it isn't exactly meant for playing with the way somethings sounds...
