In the event of a code failure, you could just easily search the value by setting the memory address search range to narrow it down to [82F00000 — 83E00000] enabling a swift and focused examination of the relevant parameters, you will find the value quickly either through fuzzy search float or exact value search in Caligula Effect game for US. Although as I see in Maidump US version of Caligula Effect probably from speedfly site, the memory search range also seem to be [81000000 – 815600000] for HP, SP value, so try that too.

Does anyone have a tales of hearts R (PCSG-00125) japanese version cheat file? I lost my save for some unknown reasons when I put my sd2vita in my ps vita and it synced from online. So I'm trying to speed through to that point again where I was and any cheats would help immensely. Thank you.

Just change the memory search range [81295000 — 81F000000] and search for exact decimal value of the remaining exp from character screen. After two search, you will find it and set the decimal value to 1 of the exp, and you will get level up quick on whatever character you wanted if you still needed to finish that game.
