Gaming Vista - Default folder icon?

Isn't there a name that you can give a pic so that explorer automatically sets it as the icon for the parent folder? I'm pretty sure I've seen this before...

What I'm doing:

putting a modified pic of a movie cover in each of my movie's folders.
I don't want to have to set them as the default icon 1 by 1...

But wouldn't you want to do it 1 by 1 if each movie is different? Why have the same folder image for a different movie?

??? does it not just show the image in the folder icon when you set folder view mode to thumbnails?!

If you have just the 1 image it should show that image first

other than that im sure you can customize a folder by right click and properties of a folder and then set an image as the folder icon

folder.jpg maybe?
Or just use a desktop.ini approach
