Gaming Virtual Game Cards Don’t Recognize Software

I didn’t transfer my Switch data to my Switch 2, but I did link my Switch and Nintendo account to it. When I open virtual game cards it doesn’t show SMO at all (SMO came with the Switch) and it only shows SSBU DLC and not the software, but it works fine on the Switch 1 when I load it there.

I'm not sure there's any other way if it's tied to the console.

When you setup the Switch initially and redeemed SMO, it should've tied the game to an account. If you've put a Nintendo Account on your Switch 2 and the game isn't there, chances are it's linked to a different account? That's all I can really think of.
