hi , i need to organize my games collection on PC and want to rename them so i can't loose them

however , i found many of my games named like that : ABCD.3ds ...etc

i tried 3dsexpolorer , but i can't find the name of the rom.

Renaming them just after I downloaded them is what I did, and that works pretty well :P
Since you didn't do that, you can maybe compare the sizes of the games with the .cia on your computer, I don't really see any other way.
http://www.3dsdb.com/

Enter the serial here and it will give you the game name
Well, sometimes it's not that simple; for example, the Ultimate NES Remix .cia I downloaded was named "cat-bfrp.cia", and the Rayman 3D one was named "lgc-r3d.cia"... So that doesn't work for "every game"

I have a file called cat-axsz.3ds - Where can I find the serial?

Both of you just past the

cat-bfrp
cat-axsz
lgc-r3d

In the search bar of that website *it is that simple*

they are the serial

Because one group names them after the serial number and the other gives a shortened version of the title's name.

it's the four letters AXSZ. I suppose the title would be Inazuma Eleven 3.

Well not exactly. It's the dirnames. Serial only applies if the group doesn't name the file after the game.
