Why would you name your roms ABCD?
Or are you speaking of names like CTR-AK4J, CTR-AYNP and so on?

Renaming them just after I downloaded them is what I did, and that works pretty well :P
Since you didn't do that, you can maybe compare the sizes of the games with the .cia on your computer, I don't really see any other way.
Well, sometimes it's not that simple; for example, the Ultimate NES Remix .cia I downloaded was named "cat-bfrp.cia", and the Rayman 3D one was named "lgc-r3d.cia"... So that doesn't work for "every game"

Because one group names them after the serial number and the other gives a shortened version of the title's name.
it's the four letters AXSZ. I suppose the title would be Inazuma Eleven 3.

Well not exactly. It's the dirnames. Serial only applies if the group doesn't name the file after the game.

Oh, I didn't know it worked even for those names... I thought only IDs like "000400000011C500" were usable.
    Anyway, thanks for the tip!

Download EvoCRC from http://www.advanscene.com/ and adjust it to work with 3DS files, it found, renamed and sorted almost all of my .3DS ROM dumps. Unfortunately this won't work with CIAs and private dumps.
