Not sure if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find the answer on the Web.

If I'm trying to convert a video to dpg for Moonshell 2.10 (Acekard 2i), what should I make the size/resolution? Since the screen on a xl is bigger than that on a ds lite or a dsi (256x192) would I have to make this bigger or does moonshell do this automatically? (I still want to save space tho) BTW I am using iWisoft Video Converter which doesn't even give you an option to change the size anyway.

Also, second question. If I use a DSTWO, what would the optimal size and video type (divx, xvid, etc) be if I want to save memory?

As thedicemaster said the screen size on the DSi XL may be larger but the resolution is still 256x192.

As for the SCDS2
Supported video formats: RMVB,RM,AVI,FLV,MPG,WMV,MOV,3GP
Resolution: 640x480
Which memory are you on about optimising the SDHC card or the SCDS2? If you're on about the SCDS2 then it has 64MB of memory so you don't have to worry about that.

I want to optimize the videos on the SDHC with DSTWO so I can put on more videos. What would the best video type be (most compressed, while retaining quality) and the best bitrate and stuff?
