Why are you even on RxTools? There are literally no benefits to it over Luma3DS. Plus, Luma3DS has had frequent updates since February 10th.

I managed to find the trick to getting NTR video streaming to work but my problem is simply that when I bring it up my game loses so many frames on my computer that it looks crappy. I was told a method in which I can improve this situation is setting up FakeProxy which came with the NTR Video streaming file. Can anyone teach me how to set up FakeProxy?
