Hacking Video plugins for 6.39 Pro-B6?

So I'm curious. Are there any video plugins for 6.39 Pro-B6 that would allow my PSP to take full advantage of my TV screen instead of outputting with the stupid black box around games? I know about RemoteJoyLite, but I'm looking for something that would give me a reason to keep my video-out cables for it.

God of War Chains of Olympus PSP 2000(The all red one.)
Way too much spare time. (So don't skimp on any long-winded tutorials if I need them.)

I've looked into a component to HDMI upscaler, and there's one I found for 30 bucks, but I don't have that right now and have to wait for a while.

So, any help?

The only plugin I know of that has anything to do with the video out cable is FuSa, which I think just allows output over composite in games, where officially only component output is available. It may have other features, not sure.
