Hacking Video not displaying for PAL Spongebob Atlantis Squarepantis in ULGX

Flickers Black and white when Video is set to region patched.
using DX2 v7 final base
In Usb loader GX r1154. Any advice to get it to work?

use cfg usbloader cause its better (optional but reccomended)
try d2x v8(optional)
make sure you hae d2x24956 and 25057(required)
make sure you are forcing video to ntsc and also try patching video (i think it is ovious this is required)
