    can you guys recommend a good capture card that gives me really great quality recording because i am going to try to make some montages of game footage for h3
    also what is the best video editor that is freeware

    If you have a camcorder, it may support recording onto it from external sources (I was amazed when I found out my 8 year old one could) with the use a 5 dollar cable. I would highly suggest using whatever video editor your OS supports (imovie for macs, and windows movie maker for windows). Most freeware video editors suck or they're for linux (and a true linux user would have done a search on Wikipedia or something like that already.) Windows movie maker is preinstalled if you have windows XP / Vista, you just have to do a little searching for it
