Homebrew VC/WiiWare Title Reader

Basically, as I buy more and more games on the Wii my SD card is getting more and more filled up, I was just wondering if there exists a Windows program that can look at the private folder on my SD card and tell me what game each of those folders is. I know I can just look it up online but something that could tell me at a glance would be really helpful.

I haven't seen anything like this on wiibrew.org, so I figured I'd ask here.

If it told the gamecode as well I'd find that useful. On my SD card I have a list of what's on the card, and sometimes with newer stuff I have trouble finding the gamecode.

You could try to cut and paste on off and see whats missing....
