Hacking VC Region patching

Wonder if it gets released outside Japan?
I bet it has 480p mode.
This week has been very entertaining,when I got to play SMB2J Limited edition here in EU

According to wiki Rondo of blood was released in Japan for VC april the 22th!

there is a region changer. you just have to find a rip of this game

Region changer doesn't work on all 5 games i've tried. Patching from NTSC>PAL.

when a rip is released many people are gonna try to solve the problem.
