I don't really use my GameCube Controller for Game Boy or even for GBA Games

I use my SNES Controller with a Adapter

Like on

SNES9X L+R+Y+X
FCE Ultra GX A+Start

on VBA GX only C left

The lastest update doesn't fix it

it needs some modification of the actual code for add those combinations...
anyways, i'll try to see what's up here.

In my opinion, default should be RetroArch's default button combo:
L + R + Z + Start

Most controllers has some sort of Z or Select, so... why not?

PS: I do not use SNES9X, FCEUGX or VBAGX.
