If you reboot and have NO Springboard (Mobilesubstrate) tweaks at all you will boot but all jailbroken apps will appear to have disappeared. Any cracked apps will appear but not launch (I think)
If you have any springboard tweaks your iPhone will freeze at Apple logo.

You need to plug into a computer and use Redsn0w to boot jailbroken.
