Various Group Issues

I've been working through making a group for something and noticed a a few features don't seem to be working properly. The ones I found are below:

Problematic but workable:

• Most actions result in a server failure (but do work regardless), including:
  • Making a group
  • Making a subforum (note there is a delay on these appearing after the server error message)
  • Updating group information

Completely broken or missing features:

• Group events just don't seem to exist?
  • Tab brings up nothing and there's no button to add an event
• No way to edit or remove a subforum once created
  • Particularly bad for people who don't know about the delay in them appearing since they may try to add another
• No way to delete a group
  • Not too much of an issue since you can hide it if you do end up accidentally doing something you can't change, but would just be good to support
• No way to change a subforum's parent despite there being an option for this
  • The only option in the list will always be the top-level

Would be nice to support:

• Further permission options for subforums
  • Being able to have a subforum be configured so only certain people could post threads but everybody could reply would be very useful

I do understand groups are likely not a huge priority at the moment, but wanted to get these issues down in case other people had them. Mostly for awareness on the first problem since things should work if patient. If anybody else has any suggestions or finds issues around groups, feel free to pop them below.
