ROM Hack UVs from exported pokemon model is incorrect in blender, but correct in Ohana3DS

I'm trying to get a cranidos model and I was able to get it as well as the textures, however when I import it into blender the UVs are very wrong. I've tried saving it as both a .dae and a .obj and both are messed up. Inside of Ohana3DS when I load the model and texture at the same time the UVs are correct, so I'm guessing something isn't exporting correctly or blender isn't reading the file correctly. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

I wanted to post some images that would maybe help, but I cannot as I am a new user :(
