You should run a search before telling someone to search, smart guys. Fact is, if you click the search button on this site and then put in usrcheat.dat you don't get http://cheats.gbatemp.net anywhere in the first two pages of search results. When it finally shows up, way at the bottom of the third page, it's "cheats.gbatemp.net/files/Credits%20and%20Help.txt" which still isn't something you'd have any reason to think is the right place, seeing as it's a text file.

This site has always made it slightly hard to find the cheat databases, there's no reason to snap a noob's head off for not being able to find it and asking for help.
