Hacking Usrcheat.dat HELP!

I heard the cheats.gbatemp.net has two servers to fast things up and it depends on your ip adress...
I used to live in Canada and now i moved to S.Korea but i cant get access to cheats.gbatemp.net for some reason. i want to get the usrcheat.dat but i cant now. Can someone fix this or post the usrcheat.dat on mediafire?

The whole site itself is split in two, but that's not the issue. The cheats section was simply not restored after the hack.
