ROM Hack usrcheat.dat--->cheat.dat

Well i have an usrcheat file i want on my M3, but my M3 takes cheat.dat what do i do to get it to work??
Downloads-Cheatfiles-Search by date and descending-And the upper one after the search.
I tried simply renaming it but that didnt work

What's not working? The link to the program you use to encrypt the usrcheat.dat file into a cheat.dat file? The program itself? Does it work, but you couldn't figure out what to do with it? Did you get it to spit out a cheat.dat file, but that file doesn't work?

"not working" doesn't convey the information needed to assist you.

Not working=Where is the cheat button i need to press to select cheats in game(almost)

But half of the cheats are working now
